Below please find the ordering & pick-up schedule for current dues-paying Members who are eligible to place orders.

Every week, all Members can place orders to pick-up from the SFRAW shop located in San Francisco, CA.

Order cut-off/deadline: Mondays before 9am
Order pick-up: Fridays between 5-7pm, through the weekend (Sat 9-5 & Sun 12-5)

SFRAW location pick-ups only: If you miss your requested/scheduled pick-up day, we will put your order into the freezer for a free 1-week grace period. After this, we charge $15/week for storage, for up to 4-weeks.

Volunteers Needed Monthly: Please chip in to do the drive at least once per year!
Marin and San Jose locations require a volunteer each month to pick-up & transport orders to the rendezvous location. If no one volunteers that month, Marin & San Jose members are each required to pick-up in SF. SFRAW volunteers get an additional 10% off all purchases made that day and, in the SFRAW tradition of volunteers enjoying a bit of "volunteer chocolate", a small treat or gift in appreciation of your service that day. :)

SAN JOSE members have an active private Facebook Group - please join this group (available to current SFRAW Members only) to get updates and group communication about ordering, volunteering and pick-ups.

The EAST BAY (EMERYVILLE + WALNUT CREEK) rendezvous dates/times & availability is determined by SFRAW Employees Kodi & Ricky (both live in the Walnut Creek area and have offered to bring orders back to the area after work). Members: please select/request “EAST BAY: EMERYVILLE” or “EAST BAY: WALNUT CREEK” when ordering, confirm with SFRAW employee, and wait for details about where & when rendezvous pick-up is next available near you. NOTE: Tips are appreciated!
