Below please find the ordering & pick-up schedule for current dues-paying Members who are eligible to place orders.
Every week, all Members can place orders to pick-up from the SFRAW shop located in San Francisco, CA.
- Order cut-off/deadline: Mondays before 9am
- Order pick-up: Fridays between 5-7pm, through the weekend (Sat 9-5 & Sun 12-5)
SFRAW location pick-ups only: If you miss your requested/scheduled pick-up day, we will put your order into the freezer for a free 1-week grace period. After this, we charge $15/week for storage, for up to 4-weeks.

* The EMERYVILLE rendezvous is managed by Alexander (SFRAW Staff, works weekends only) for $25. Availability is determined by Alexander. Members are required to coordinate with him directly.

We're currently seeking a volunteer who can:
1) Coordinate with members to schedule pick-up dates. This can happen on your schedule. M-F only, no weekend availability.
2) Confirm this date/time frame with Kasie at SFRAW and Triple Temp Cold Storage.
3) Meet fellow members at the order pick-up location and check-in at Triple Temp Cold Storage to get our pallet when you arrive.
4) Manage the pickups to ensure each member takes the correct boxes for their orders. Review the boxes/orders received against the order packing list we provide and sign your name with a verified box count. Collect signatures/signed copies for each order as final receipt of delivery. Send these to Kasie/SFRAW for our records. (digital photos via text or email is ok).
Orders will be pre-paid, organized, labelled, and "ready to go" for easy distribution off our pallet.
This volunteer will get an additional 10% off their orders and, in the SFRAW tradition of volunteers enjoying a bit of "volunteer chocolate", a small treat or gift in appreciation of your service that day. :)
The pick-up location is at Triple Temp Cold Storage, 16400 Bratton Ln, Austin, 78728, TX. Pick-ups are available M-F only.
SFRAW IS CLOSED on the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. We're OPEN all other days/holidays.
