Membership
After your free Orientation, we encourage people interested in SFRAW to shop at the warehouse first as non-members a few times and try our food before making a decision to join the group. Most people quickly join SFRAW as it makes financial sense after a few shopping trips to become a member to get the 30% discount.
While you can pay for your membership fee here online, we request that you please make the time to come in to meet us, and check out SFRAW in-person first before joining. It is important to us that we genuinely get to know each and every member personally -- we truly care about and admire all of our members. Each member brings a unique perspective, backgrounds, challenges, and fascinating experiences that make SFRAW such an incredible and vibrant community.

While there are many sources of raw food products now, SFRAW stands out as a knowledgeable and helpful community of people who support and advocate for healthy, wholesome TRULY fresh foods with the highest possible standards for responsible, ethical, carefully considered sourcing, and exceptionally high quality standards. SFRAW is not just a store or manufacturer, we began as, and continue to function as, a community of individuals that make well-researched, conscientious decisions regarding the health and well-being of their animals, and make purchases that reflect and support their personal values. SFRAW is a community of truly special people that genuinely love, and are especially dedicated to, their animals - more than most. Memberships are:
- non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not pro-rated
- per person or household (not per animal)
- effective immediately and valid for 12 months
- annually renewable (on the date that you originally join)

- Complementary reservation of the SFRAW workspace to use for meal prepping. Make your life easier by using our space with ample worktables/surfaces, carts, gloves, scales, walk-in freezer, walk-in cooler, knives, measuring spoons/cups, vacuum-sealers, bowls, bins, and kitchen essential utensils (restrictions apply)
- Join the SFRAW Social Club for monthly dinner and other social events with fellow members!
- ORDER from our full catalog of products that we sell for custom ordering of whatever you need.
- Order pick-ups at set rendezvous pick-up locations once per month (requires ordering according to our order/pick-up schedule). Volunteer to transport orders to locations for pick-up and you will get 10% off your order that day + a complementary organic chocolate or yummy snack/refreshment!
Fee Based Services (available to Members Only):
- "Jet-setters" flat-pack vacuum sealed packaging & deep-freezing service for air-travel. Pack your carry-on or checked bag here, and we can keep it in the walk-in freezer for you; just swing by to grab your frozen bag on the way to SFO.
- Custom blends, specific pack sizes or custom cutting. For example, custom veggie-fruit blends and custom meat blends, packing any product we offer into sizes that we don't make normally (2-oz or 20-oz, or whatever size you need), cutting bones or meats in a specific manner or a certain size, to your specifications. SFRAW sourced ingredients only. Some restrictions apply.
- Get texts to know about our daily BULK grinds (bring your own container and pack your own from the bulk bin to get 10% off!), specials and reminders to order by the weekly cut-off.
