Our Breakfast Brownies got an upgrade with a new single origin cacao from Diaspora Co. The Anamalai Cacao is incredibly special, from sourcing to how it bakes. In all her years as pastry chef, our founder Michelle has never come across a cacao with this level of creaminess. It gives the brownies a luxurious mouthfeel and a melted chocolate flavor.
