Graziers-certified farms have less than 3 cows per acre and are on pasture for more than 300 days of the year. Our Graziers Kefir is a cultured, enzyme-rich food filled with friendly micro-organisms to aide in your digestion. Friendly bacteria and beneficial yeast present in our cultured kefir consume most of the lactose present in the milk.
