Returns & Delivery

Our 100% Money Back, No Hassle Guarantee + Return/Exchange Policy: All of the products that we make at SFRAW (SFRAW brand products) come with a 100% guarantee with a full refund or exchange happily provided, for any reason. Note: We will not/do not resell returned perishable products; we donate any returns to local rescues or others in need.

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on any of the perishable products we sell from other producers – unless something was truly wrong with it, and then we work with the supplier to come up with a solution that satisfies all parties involved. 

We gladly offer returns/exchanges on non-perishable products that are returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will respond (M-F between 12-5pm within 24-hours) with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping: We DO NOT ship! You must pick-up your orders in-store or arrange to pick-up at one of our local hosted Bay Area locations (members only). We welcome our members and customers to shop in-store 7-days/week. You can also place and pick-up orders at our SFRAW location, or have orders delivered locally (members only, limited, volunteer-dependent program). When you place an order online, via phone/email or in the shop, you may select or inquire available delivery dates/locations for you based on the availability of your items and our member delivery schedule.

Drop in to shop any day! To place an order, we recommend ordering at least one week in advance, but two weeks works best for ideal order fulfillment.

Our weekly Order CUT OFF is MONDAY at 9AM for orders to be ready for pick-up that coming Friday starting at 5pm, and any time after this including Saturday 9am-5pm or Sunday 12-5pm.

"MEMBERS ONLY" Delivery Option: Actual address and contact information for your local site host is only available to paid members. Service is dependent on member order activity and having a volunteer signed up to do the pick-up/drop-off that week.

SAN JOSE: 4th Saturday of every month •San Jose 

STORAGE: NO STORAGE IS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE SF. If you miss your pick-up date for the SFRAW location pick-up, we will hold your order for a 7 day grace-period past your scheduled pick-up date at SFRAW. After this, we charge a $15/week storage fee for storage up to 30 days hold in our freezer.
