To create an entire Raclette experience in each bite, we took our delicious German-style smoked sausage recipe and studded it with tender potatoes, melty, premium Raclette cheese and fragrant caraway. There has never been a more complete meal.

These sausages are fully cooked. Simmer Sausages in water or beer until warmed through ( about 3 minutes). Carefully crisp the casing on low heat, in a BBQ or oiled skillet until both sides are golden brown.
