Marin Sun Farms is an extension of a family farm nestled in the rolling grassland of Point Reyes National Seashore in Northern California. MSF is committed to producing local, humanely-raised, healthy food products for the community. MSF understands that the holistic management of grazing lands is vital to maintaining the functioning stability of our ecosystem. MSF pasture lands are certified organic and they only purchase pigs that are guaranteed to be free of artificial growth hormones and are free of antibiotics. The pigs of Marin Sun Farms forage on open pasture with access to deeply bedded, open indoor barns. No gestation crates are ever used. Tails are never docked. MSF owns & operates their own USDA slaughterhouse & processing facilities, so they are in control of their high quality standards from birth to market. We have been buying direct from Marin Sun Farms since 2002 and have enjoyed an excellent relationship with this producer all these years.
