WHAT IS ALKALINE WATER?
To be considered alkaline water, the water must have a pH higher than 7.0. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. A pH of less than 7 is acidic while a pH greater than 7 is alkaline (basic).
