Salmon Roe contains between 3,500-6,820 mg omega-3 fatty acids per 100 grams
FEEDING: each 100 grams serving equals 3.5 ounces. Typically portioned into approx. 16 oz packs, so each pack should provide approx. 4.57 servings at 3.5 oz each. Ok for a giant sized dog over 100-lbs/every day; for a 50-75 lb dog, feed 1.75-2 oz/day; for a small dog up to 25 lbs, feed 0.875 to 0.25 oz a day (depending on the dog's size and health conditions). Always keep in mind this is adding calories & fat - so be mindful of any subsequent unwanted weight gain, and adjust the diet to accommodate this caloric addition. For example, remove added eggs on the days you're feeding salmon roe or replace rather than add to any other fish/seafood being served that day.
Feeding this often while available seasonally. There's no risk of mercury with salmon roe nor a thiaminase issue - so feed freely and often!
Freezing maintains the integrity of this precious, outstandingly healthful unique potent source of omegas-3s, especially #dha as well as the antioxidant Astaxanthin!
SALMON ROE are a preferred source of omega-3 DHA for the brain and source of the antioxidant astaxanthin shown to reduce biomarkers of oxidative stress (aging!)

Enjoy!
REMINDER: RAW salmon *MUST* be frozen properly before offering to dogs due to risk of salmon poisoning disease. DO NOT FEED RAW FRESH SALMON/TROUT TO YOUR DOGS!
