A2/A2 RAW COW MILK
This special product is brought to you by DESIMILK in collaboration with OUR COW SANCTUARY 501(c)3 Non-Profit. This herd is kept on the West side of the barn and is milked into a separate tank. All the cows in this herd are part of a cow sanctuary (goshala) that has a non-profit fund set up to make sure they are taken care of for the rest of their natural lives, many years after they retire as a milking cow. They are mostly Jerseys with a couple other breeds. All of these cows have been lab tested for their beta-casein protein type. They are pure A2/A2 protein (99.94%+). Lab tests for A1 come in at less than 0.06%.
Every time you purchase our A2/A2 milk a donation is made to OUR COW SANCTUARY.
Their diet is almost all (95%) non-GMO and organic (not certified) ALFALFA (high protein lentil grass) with an added 5% of a forge grain mix of non-GMO OATS & BARLEY
