Bill Niman Farm Heritage Chickens

These are Bill's own new breed of chickens that he spent the last few years developing as a totally new Heritage cross with a focus on breeding for health & vigor, with the ideal for time to grow, and for having a balanced meat/bone/fat ratio, exceptional true "old fashioned" chicken flavor and texture.

Your animals have been the fortunate recipients of all the birds that were involved in the development this new breed. We have been using them the past few years in our Chicken Grind, Chicken Formula and Chicken Pate.

We are so incredibly honored to be involved in Bill's project to change the health and safety of chickens being raised locally. He will continue to breed them and then they will be raised by select regenerative farms who we will continue to purchase from. 

They are called, "Bill Niman Farm Heritage Chicken”. and they are, "The best chicken you will ever eat."

Raised on outstanding local organic, regenerative, outdoor free roaming pasture-raised farms.
