This is a skinless, boneless salmon minced meat which has been mechanically minced from skinless boneless wild Alaskan sockeye salmon fillet trim and frame meat. The salmon is clean meat --- no blood, scales, bones, or skin. No off odors or flavors. Meat is vacuum packed and blast frozen in 6-lb rolls "chubs".
