We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on any of the perishable products we sell from other producers – unless something was truly wrong with it, and then we work with the supplier to come up with a solution that satisfies all parties involved.
We gladly offer returns/exchanges on non-perishable products that are returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will respond (M-F between 12-5pm within 24-hours) with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping: We provide a variety of options for our members and customers to shop in-store, pick-up orders, or have their items delivered locally. We DO NOT ship! You must pick-up your orders in-store, arrange to pick-up at one of our local hosted Bay Area locations (members only), or have your order delivered to a local address within the greater San Francisco Bay Area region. When you place an order, we will estimate pick-up or delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the pick-up/delivery options you choose.
Door-to-Door Delivery Service Within San Francisco County: Please contact us to inquire about delivery directly to your home or work located in the city of San Francisco, CA. SFRAW delivery for call-in orders from inventory on hand by special arrangement. Fee: $25 for up to 100-lbs; Missed Delivery Fee: $25 (if you are not there to accept delivery when we arrive; we will wait for up to 10-minutes) Note: Door-to-Door delivery is made with a regular vehicle, not a refrigerated van/truck. For over 100-lbs. of product, please call to discuss delivery options.
Door-to-Door Delivery Outside San Francisco County: We will do our best to accommodate all requests for this service. Fees start at $50. Please contact us for a quote and details.
"MEMBERS ONLY" OPTIONS
SFRAW Pick-up Locations and Delivery Service: Actual address and contact information for your local site host is only available to paid members. We require a combined minimum weight amount for a location to get orders delivered there. Members may be assigned to pick-up at a nearby location if/when the first choice location does not meet the combined minimum weight requirement to get delivery.
