How much goat milk to feed is really best determined by your pet's tolerance level. We recommend that you start with a small amount to see how they digest it, and adjust accordingly. Some animals will easily tolerate and do well with much more than the below suggested amounts, but this gives you an idea of how much to feed each day. Remember to calculate/consider adding goat milk to their food adds to the overall caloric intake. Do not overfeed your pets please!

Evergreen Acres Dairy, Tres Pinos, CA. Our raw goat milk is unique - we have the only Grade A dairy herd in California consisting mainly of Guernsey goats, bred from pedigree stock originating on the British Channel island of Guernsey. The rich taste of our milk is provided by these small, reddish-blond, hairy, calm-dispositioned goats. Our Guernseys, along with our Nubians and Nigerian Dwarfs, produce high-quality milk with a high butterfat content. If you are already a goat milk aficionado and haven't tried our milk yet - you are in for a treat! If you're thinking about trying goat milk but are skeptical - start with our milk. You'll find it sweet and creamy, with a mild flavor that our customers' children love! Our herd and dairy is fully certified by the CDFA and CDPH to Grade A Raw Milk standards. We are also a certified cheese creamery and processed food facility. We are not yet certified organic but are on the CCOF list for certification. We do everything as naturally as we possibly can. It goes without saying that we do not give our goats hormones, nor do we administer antibiotics unless it is absolutely necessary. Our goats are healthy and roam happily on our 36-acre farm. What's next? Organic farming for us goes beyond what the CCOF will finally get around to inspecting on our farm. Naturally grown hay and feed are necessary but not enough. We are currently building a sprouted fodder system in our greenhouse. The sprouted organic seed will provide enough healthy green fodder to supplement our goats' diet with natural minerals and vitamins every day.
