Local Rabbit

We buy from a number of small local suppliers that produce family-farmed, humanely raised rabbits.

Used by outstanding local chefs, these *are* conventionally grown (not organic or pasture-raised), local, "natural", high quality fryers, sold to the best restaurants and top suppliers. These are are nice, clean, healthy meat rabbits; no antibiotics used, but NOT truly pastured or organic.

They offer both whole, dressed rabbits with gibs (vacuum sealed; state inspected/fit for human consumption) and whole, fur/head/feet-on (fully intact) rabbits, fur-on/intact rabbit heads and raw furry rabbit feet for our prey model feeders.
