The "Upper Organ Set" refers to a large section of the wild Axis deer that is often discarded or undervalued (absolute shame, so super nutritious!) including the trachea, gullet, glands, lungs, connective tissue, diaphragm, sometimes a lobe of liver, spleen, a few include kidneys, and anything else attached to the full set removed from the carcass that's harvested under USDA inspection, carefully packed, frozen and made ready for our exclusive use in our amazing pet foods.
The Venison Upper Organs are available raw frozen. They are a very nutrient-dense (containing hard to source offal with glands) unique ingredient that can be added into any raw diet menu.
