Lead-time: in order to ensure we have all the necessary ingredients fresh & in stock for the custom meals, we require 7-10 days to prepare the food, this is after you place the finalized order with payment.
All sales final: This is the one item that we make for which we do not offer our 100% guarantee on, since this is specially custom made for your pet.
