Delicious European-Style Goat Milk Yogurt: Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Yogurt is a gold medal winning European-style yogurt made with the highest-quality Grade A goat milk. It has a velvety smooth, delicate texture and is uniquely delicious. We never use fructose or artificial ingredients in our award-winning yogurt. Creamy & Delicious, Our yogurt is made from un-homogenized whole goat milk, and the slight cream layer at the top can either be enjoyed or removed if you prefer a slightly lower fat yogurt. We add a special blend of living cultures with acidophilus and bifidus to promote healthy digestion, and create a classic yogurt flavor. The composition of goat milk changes seasonally, so variations in texture are normal. We do add a small amount of tapioca starch (from the cassava root) to slightly thicken our goats milk yogurt. Simple, delicious yogurt flavor makes our Plain Goat Milk Yogurt a natural for recipes and anything calling for yogurt as an ingredient: from soups and sauces, to smoothies and desserts.
